I used to think : Honestly I used to think not much thought went into technology plans, much of the ones I've seen appeared random to me without a lot of purpose behind them.
Now I think : tech plans go a whole lot deeper than I thought before. What at first glance I took to be randomness actually represents quite a bit of careful thought and reflection.
