Action Plan

4. Resources (finances) in our case education field could be anything- materials, infrastructure, personnel
5.Priority (importance in the scheme of things)
An objective - must be a specific and measurable milestone that must be reached to reach a goal.
Strategy - how you are going to get there.
b) “increase enrollment by 5%”
obviously not an action plan. I used Ms. Martinez’s list for defining an action plan and while this has a specific goal, it doesn’t meet any of the other requirements.
By the beginning of next year, august 2017, the administration of TAMU-C will increase enrollment by 5%. This will be accomplished by recruitment drives at local high schools and media advertising. This will be medium priority.
